How much are the shipping costs & delivery timings?

Normal mail
Free for Worldwide orders
This method offers no tracking service and Tessellate.Co will not be held responsible for any loss of items. If you'd like to track your parcel, kindly opt for registered mail.


Registered Mail
For Local orders (Singapore):
Free only for orders above $50
For orders below $50, Registered mail is available at an extra cost of $2.90.
You may track the status of your parcel here.
Delivery timing: 3-5 working days

For international Orders:
Free for orders above $200 SGD
For orders below $200 SGD, a flat fee of $15 applies
Delivery timing: 8-12 working days

Due to the pandemic, you might experience some delays in shipping. In rare cases, parcels may be delayed due to customs processing or peak season delivery delays.

How does “Pick Up in Store” work?

For customers who want a quicker way to receive their online orders, they can select this option to pick up their orders in-store. 

From the time of order, your parcel will be ready for collection at our store in Wheelock Place after 2 hours processing time. Please collect your parcel within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may book a slot for collection here

What if I forget to collect my order?

We help to keep all self-collection parcels at our store for 30 days after the date of purchase. However, orders that are not picked up during this period would no longer be covered under our warranty. Tessellate.Co reserves the right to reclaim or dispose of the product without any refunds for customers after 3 months.

What if there’s nobody at home to receive the order?

In Singapore: 
We utilise SingPost SmartPac delivery service which sends the parcel to your letterbox directly.

For International orders:
This will depend on the courier and you may have to call to check with them regarding the delivery.

Any way for me to expedite the shipping?

For local orders: We do not offer any courier delivery at the moment. If you'd like to request for expedited shipping, you may contact us via email to let us know your requests and we can try to arrange for grab delivery at your own cost.

Alternatively, you may make your purchase online and collect it at our store in Wheelock Place (Please opt for this option at checkout). Your order will be ready for collection within 2 hours

How do I add a comment before checkout?

If you’d like to add a personalised message / comment, there is a box at checkout where you can leave a note.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon a successful order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email alert with the tracking number (if it applies).

Normal mail does not have any tracking capabilities. Registered mail can be tracked below by inputing the tracking number received via email into the SingPost website here or visiting https://www.singpost.com/track-items.

Can I cancel my order or change the details?

Unfortunately, we do not do cancellations once payment has gone through. Items can be exchanged for refunded for store credits.
For any changes to an order (due to mistaken item), as long as we have not shipped it out, we will try our best to assist. Email us at info@tessellateco.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

Shop without worries with our fuss-free 30 day exchange & return policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your Tessellate.Co purchase, you may:
Exchange it for any other jewellery; or
Return the item to be refunded in Store Credits (valid for a year).

Store credits will be in the form of a voucher code that you can apply for an offset during your next purchase. Kindly note that we do not do refunds via cash or credit cards.

T&Cs
All exchanges/returns must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not entertain any requests beyond the deadline.
Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
No refunds will be made if items are exchanged for a lower value. Exchanges for products of a higher value can be done through a top-up of the price difference. 
Customers will have to bear the cost of shipping for all exchanges and returns.

How do I return my order or make an exchange?

To facilitate a return / exchange of an item bought in store or online, kindly drop us an email at info@tessellateco.com to inform us of the reason(s) - Sizing, Damaged goods during shipping. Do attach images if any. We will facilitate the exchange through email and inform you of the next steps. 

T&Cs
Items that are brought back to store without prior notice will not be entertained.
Tessellate.Co reserves the right to determine if products are fit for returns. All decisions by Tessellate.Co are final.
Refunds and exchanges applies to products of Tessellate.Co only.

What is the status of my return?

You will receive the code for store credits via email and within 7 business days after your return order is received.

Can I cancel my order instead?

Tessellate.Co will not entertain cancellation of orders once payment has been made. Items can be exchanged for refunded for store credits.

For any changes to an order (due to wrong item/ size ordered), we will try our best to assist as long as the items has not been shipped out. Email us at info@tessellateco.com for assistance.

I received a wrong/defective item. How do I replace it?

We regret any inconvenience caused and hope that you could assist us with resolving this via the following steps:

1. Please send us an email at info@tessellateco.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. In your email, please include your Order Number (e.g. #TC10000) and an image of the product you received or the product name.
3. Wait patiently as we will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps to take.

Why do my items look different from the images on the website?

Tessellate.Co strives to represent all items properly in our images on the website but slight differences in colour may occur as a result of different screen resolutions.

With regards to gemstones, we seek your understanding in knowing that gemstones have slight variations in terms of markings or colour as they are natural, and that is what makes every piece unique.

Refund Policy

Shop without worries with our fuss-free return and exchange policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
You may Exchange or Refund ALL PURCHASES within:
14 days (for Singapore orders)
40 days (for international orders)
